I had never had Reflexology before and was not sure about what to expect. The treatment itself was quite relaxing and I was amazed by the detail given to me by Sharon after she had finished about my aches and pains. I have found that the treatment has really helped me, it has alleviated a lot of pain that I have had constantly for the last few years. I even got a senior citizen’s discount.

I am a regular visitor for my back and shoulder massages, they have helped me with my back pain and I certainly feel more relaxed after a treatment.

All the treatments I have experienced are excellent and thorough.  They are always professional, I find the massages particularly calming and relaxing.
